This is a fixed application where the shutter will not swing and is commonly used for decorative shutters that are not functional. It is 2″ long and 1 1/2″ tall. Made of solid, weather-proof extruded aluminum, this item is ideal for exterior applications including coastal areas. The black powder coat completes the traditional, old world style.
